Most people dont know how to fit living a healthy lifestyle into their busy schedules.

So we created LYFE, a simple, easy to use health app that helps you take control of your life and feel your best.

Unlike many wellbeing apps, Lyfe is specifically designed to provide preventative mental health support without directly stating this, in order to bypass a growing trend in avoidance of this idea.

Lyfe is specifically designed to create value in a number of ways. Its primary role is to support preventative intervention, in order to make support NHS savings over the long term.

THE STORY OF LIFE

Lyfe began from the simplest of ingredients. Two physicians, Ed and Tobi, saw that more and more people were struggling to stay on top of their health and wellbeing.

While lots of other apps and platforms were offering to help them get fit, or eat better, nothing was balancing all the different things that make up a rich and rewarding life. So they created Lyfe.

They took the latest accessible smartphone technology, and combined it with the latest therapeutic thinking on what we all need to be our best selves – from fitness and diet to time with nature and contributing to others.

A brand marketing specialist, Jo's career spans ten years working with the world's biggest and most loved fashion, beauty, lifestyle and wellness brands, both in the luxury space (Soho House, Cowshed, YSL, Absolut, Apothem Labs) and high street retail sector (Dr Martens, River Island, Primark, Benefit Cosmetics).

Jo is one of those rare breeds with a strong left and right brain, balancing creativity and ideation through a commercial lens. Having held senior positions at creative agencies, brand side roles and start up businesses, Jo is a multi hyphen marketeer who has a proven ability in delivering online and offline marketing strategies that generate brand growth and drive brand desirability through strategy, digital campaigns, brand partnerships and tactical marketing activations.
